1. Why a round trampoline?
Round trampolines have a softer, more comfortable bounce than the rectangular trampolines and, because they are round, the jumper is always directed towards the centre.
2. Can the trampoline be left outside all year round?
Yes, it can. They are designed to live out all year. The trampolines have a highly specified galvanised steel frame and springs and a strong UV resistant pad and bed.
3. Do we need any special tools or equipment?
No.
4. How long will it take to assemble?
It will take about 30 minutes to put up for the first time. The experts here can do it in 9 minutes!
5. Can adults use the trampoline?
Yes, of course! Please be guided by the maximum weight limit applied to each trampoline, e.g. the 14ft Airborne maximum recommended weight is 25 stone.
6. Can I dig the trampoline into the ground?
Yes. You will need to dig a hole at least 3ft deep and most importantly ensure that there is very good drainage.
7. What guarantee do you offer?
All the trampoline frames are guaranteed for 10 years, the bed and springs for 5 years and the surround pad for 1 year. We also offer a no quibble money back guarantee within 28 days, if returned in the box.
8. How soon can I expect delivery?
If you can order before 12.00 noon and pay by credit card, we can sometimes
deliver on the next working day or on any chosen day specified by yourself.
9. Why do the shipping charges vary?
Prices vary because of weight and distance (usually anything across water will incur extra charges - please ask). Prices will vary from £7.50 for a box of springs to £35 for all trampolines and JumpPods delivered to mainland UK.
